Production Process

Production process involves rigorous steps to ensure quality and safety. Natural fibers are inspected, thoroughly cleaned, and undergo heat treatment at 200°C for strength and sterilization. Afterward, the products are UV sterilized for added safety and finally packaged following a quality check, ensuring they meet high standards of hygiene and durability.

Raw Material Inspection

All raw materials are meticulously inspected to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and sustainability. We select natural fibers that are free from contaminants and suitable for compostable tableware.

Cleanliness Management

The raw materials undergo rigorous cleaning procedures to remove any impurities. This step is crucial for maintaining the product’s integrity and ensuring it is safe for food contact.

Heat Treatment

The cleaned materials are subjected to heat treatment at 200°C. This process helps to sterilize the fibers and enhance their structural properties, ensuring durability and safety.

UV Sterilization

Following heat treatment, the materials are exposed to UV sterilization. This step eliminates any remaining microorganisms, ensuring the final product is hygienic and safe for use.

Product packaging

After sterilization, the products are carefully inspected and packaged. The packaging is designed to protect the tableware during transportation and storage, maintaining its quality and integrity until it reaches the consumer.
